AIRMASTER is the world's first highly integrated intelligent air suspension control system. From 2022 to 2023, we collaborated with the AIRMASTER team for nearly two years to develop the eponymous AIRMASTER intelligent air suspension control system. Since its launch in 2023, the product has covered major automotive aftermarket markets in China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and America, and has gained significant recognition within the automotive modification culture. Traditional air suspension modifications typically involve selecting and assembling components in a manner similar to OEM assembly. From the initial design stage, we collaborated with the AIRMASTER team to define a completely new product – a highly integrated air suspension control system combining intelligent control and voice control. The control system consists of a main unit, a rotary remote control, 13 sensors, a mobile app, and a smart control wristband. The AIRMASTER intelligent air suspension control system, centered around a main unit, uses an internal air pump, air tank, and sensors to adjust the air pressure at all four wheels, thus regulating wheel height—the vehicle's ground clearance. The AIRMASTER system incorporates 13 sensors for air pressure, temperature, humidity, and height, enabling multiple safety functions such as air pressure balancing, minimum driving protection air pressure, leak detection, active drying by the main unit, and intelligent temperature and humidity control. It also provides system fault feedback and alarms through various operating platforms. The AIRMASTER intelligent air suspension control system can be controlled via multiple platforms—a rotary remote control, a mobile app, and a smart bracelet. The AIRMASTER remote control is mounted on the side of the steering wheel for easy driver operation. The remote control combines voice control, rotary pressing, and touchscreen controls for a more flexible and convenient user experience. The control interface displays real-time information such as air suspension pressure at all four wheels, gear position, main unit temperature and humidity, and air tank pressure, allowing the driver to monitor vehicle status at any time. In terms of design, we abandoned the minimalist technological style typical of smart products, adopting a steampunk style design that better suits the aesthetics of car modification enthusiasts. The AIRMASTER main unit is manufactured using CNC machining of aluminum alloy combined with partial sheet metal work. It is entirely covered in forged carbon fiber, creating a unique visual effect. Gunmetal plating is used on some metal parts, paired with rugged black pebbled leather. Hexagonal screws are decorated with a CD pattern, and bent metal tubing surrounds the body, giving the main unit a strong mechanical aesthetic and visual impact.
