AirMaster Customer Support
Returns & Refunds
Clear return standards for AirMaster air management systems, air suspension kits and system components. Review the requirements before sending any product back to us.
Designed to keep every return clear and traceable.
Air suspension products contain vehicle-specific, electronic and installation-sensitive components. Our return review process helps confirm product condition, order eligibility and shipping responsibility before a package begins its journey back. This protects the customer, the product and the integrity of every AirMaster system.
Every return must be reviewed and authorized before shipment.
Eligible products must remain new, unused and complete.
Returned products are inspected before refund approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return request window
Return eligibility begins with the delivery date shown by the carrier.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. Contact AirMaster within this period so our support team can review the order and provide the next steps.
A request made within 30 days does not automatically guarantee approval. The product must also satisfy the condition, documentation and product-type requirements described below.
Important: The return window is measured from confirmed delivery, not from the order date or shipping date.
Condition required for an eligible return
Products must be suitable for inspection and resale as new.
Unless the return involves a verified AirMaster shipping error or product defect, an eligible item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is new, unused and uninstalled.
- There are no tool marks, mounting marks, scratches, fluid residue, altered wiring or other evidence of installation.
- Controllers, sensors, harnesses, fittings, hardware, manuals and accessories are included.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with labels, protective materials and inserts intact whenever possible.
- The customer provides a valid AirMaster order number or other acceptable proof of purchase.
- No serial number, product label or identification mark has been removed, changed or obscured.
Products showing installation, modification, misuse, incomplete packaging or missing components may be refused or may receive a reduced refund based on the condition found during inspection.
Products that cannot normally be returned
Certain orders are produced, sourced or configured specifically for one customer or vehicle.
The following products and charges are generally final sale unless AirMaster confirms that the item is defective, damaged before delivery or supplied incorrectly:
- Custom-manufactured or specially modified products
- Special-order and made-to-order suspension components
- Vehicle-specific products produced to customer specifications
- Products that have been installed, assembled or modified
- Cut air line, used fittings or opened consumable materials
- Electrical products with altered wiring or connectors
- Products missing serial numbers or identification labels
- Gift cards, digital products and completed service charges
- Import duties, taxes, customs charges and brokerage fees
Product pages may contain additional return limitations. Product-specific terms shown before purchase form part of this policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Shipping responsibility depends on why the product is being returned.
| Return reason | Return shipping responsibility | Important conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Incorrect item sent by AirMaster | AirMaster | Contact us before shipment and provide photographs of the item, label and packaging. |
| Verified defective product | AirMaster | Troubleshooting or warranty review may be required before a return is authorized. |
| Changed mind or no longer needed | Customer | Product must remain eligible under the unused and uninstalled condition standards. |
| Incorrect fitment selected by customer | Customer | Eligibility depends on condition and whether the product was custom ordered. |
| Incorrect checkout address | Customer | Reshipping, interception or return freight may be deducted from the refund. |
Do not arrange unapproved freight
AirMaster cannot reimburse shipping, freight, duty or brokerage charges arranged independently by the customer unless those costs were approved by us in writing before shipment.
Use trackable and protective shipping
When the customer is responsible for return transportation, we strongly recommend using a trackable service, purchasing adequate shipping insurance and packaging the product to prevent movement or impact damage. The customer remains responsible for the package until it is delivered to the authorized return location.
Restocking fees and refund deductions
Approved returns may require handling, inspection and warehouse processing.
Unless the return results from an AirMaster error or an approved defect claim, the following restocking fees may apply:
- Regular stocked products: 10% of the eligible product value.
- Non-stocked, supplier-sourced or direct-ship products: up to 20% of the eligible product value.
Where applicable, the final refund may also be reduced by original outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier interception fees, missing-product charges, repairable damage, customs charges or other direct costs created by the return.
Promotional discounts, package discounts and bundle pricing may be recalculated when only part of an order is returned. This may change the refundable value of the individual item.
Damaged deliveries, missing items and order errors
Report delivery problems before installing or discarding packaging.
Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. When a carton, product or component appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact AirMaster promptly and include:
- Your order number
- A photograph of the full unopened package
- Close-up photographs of visible shipping damage
- Photographs of the shipping label and product label
- Photographs or video showing the affected product
- A list of any missing or incorrect components
Keep all cartons, foam inserts, labels and packing materials until the claim is resolved. Carriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS may require the original packaging when reviewing a transit damage claim.
AirMaster may provide troubleshooting, replacement components, a carrier claim, repair options or return authorization, depending on the evidence and the condition of the shipment.
Order changes, cancellations and refused deliveries
Contact us quickly if an order needs to be changed.
Before shipment
We will try to accommodate an order change or cancellation before processing begins. Orders that have entered production, special sourcing, packing or carrier collection may already have non-recoverable costs.
After shipment
Once an order has left our facility or supplier, cancellation depends on whether the carrier can successfully intercept the shipment. Interception is not guaranteed, particularly after an international shipment has departed the origin country.
Carrier interception charges, return freight, customs expenses and related logistics costs may be deducted from the refund.
Refused packages
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or create a full refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer may be responsible for return transportation, duties, taxes, brokerage costs, storage fees and carrier penalties.
Inspection and refund processing
Refund timing includes transportation, inspection and banking stages.
We will email you after the authorized return reaches the designated facility and has been inspected. The inspection verifies product condition, included components, order details and applicable deductions.
| Stage | Typical timeframe | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Return transportation | Approximately 5β15 business days | The package travels to the authorized return location. |
| Inspection and review | Approximately 3β5 business days | AirMaster verifies condition, contents and return eligibility. |
| Payment-provider posting | Approximately 5β10 business days | Your bank or card provider posts the approved credit. |
Once approved, the refund is submitted to the original payment method. AirMaster does not control the time required by a bank, credit card company or payment provider to display the credit after it has been issued.
If more than 10 business days have passed since AirMaster confirmed that the refund was issued, contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact our support team if further documentation is needed.
