01 / Coverage Matrix

Protection by
Product Category

The applicable warranty period begins on the original purchase date. Coverage is provided to the original retail purchaser and applies to eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Air Management 1 YEAR Limited Warranty

Control & Air Supply Systems

AIRMASTER air management products are covered against eligible defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.

  • X6 Series air management systems
  • Gamebox air management systems
  • Controllers and control displays
  • Valve manifolds and management hardware
  • AIRMASTER compressors supplied as system products
Air Suspension 2 YEARS Limited Warranty

Vehicle Suspension Products

Eligible AIRMASTER air suspension products are covered against manufacturing defects for two years from the original purchase date when correctly installed and normally operated.

  • Vehicle-specific air struts
  • Air suspension assemblies
  • Air springs and suspension air bags
  • Mounting hardware supplied with complete kits
  • Eligible suspension components included in the kit
Components & Accessories 1 YEAR Limited Warranty

Supporting System Parts

AIRMASTER-branded system components and accessories are generally covered for one year unless a different period is stated on the product page, packaging, invoice or written purchase agreement.

  • Air tanks
  • Fittings and pneumatic components
  • Electrical system components
  • Arms, links and related accessories
  • Other AIRMASTER-branded replacement parts

When a product page, package label, invoice or written AIRMASTER agreement states a different warranty period, that product-specific statement takes priority. Third-party products may be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty rather than this policy.

02 / Warranty Eligibility

When Coverage
Applies

A warranty period alone does not determine claim eligibility. Products must also meet the purchase, installation, operating and identification requirements below.

01

Original Purchaser

Coverage is provided to the original retail purchaser and is measured from the original purchase date shown on a valid invoice or order record.

02

Correct Application

The product must be selected for an approved or compatible vehicle application and used for its intended automotive purpose.

03

Proper Installation

Installation and adjustment must follow the applicable AIRMASTER instructions, technical specifications and safety requirements.

04

Normal Operation

The product must have been operated and maintained under normal road-use conditions without misuse, unauthorized alteration or operation beyond its stated limits.

03 / Covered Defects

What the Warranty
Is Designed to Cover

AIRMASTER limited warranties are designed for verified product failures originating from manufacturing, materials or workmanship. They are not general insurance against every form of damage or wear.

Manufacturing Protection. Technically Reviewed.

Each claim is reviewed according to the reported symptoms, installation conditions, product identification, maintenance history and visual evidence supplied by the customer.

01

Material Defects

Verified faults caused by defective materials used in an eligible AIRMASTER product.

02

Workmanship Defects

Eligible failures connected to the original manufacturing or assembly of the product.

03

Functional Failure

A verified manufacturing-related fault that prevents the product from performing its intended function.

04

Missing Kit Components

Confirmed missing components from a sealed and complete kit, reported promptly after delivery.

04 / Coverage Exclusions

What Is Not
Covered

The limited warranty does not apply when a defect or failure results from installation, operating conditions, external damage, modification, ordinary wear or other circumstances outside the original manufacture of the product.

Incorrect Installation

Damage caused by incorrect assembly, wiring, plumbing, mounting, adjustment, vehicle application or failure to follow the supplied installation instructions.

Misuse or Extreme Operation

Damage connected to abuse, accidents, collisions, racing, competition, off-road use, jumping, overloading or operation outside published product limits.

External Causes

Fire, flooding, liquid intrusion into non-waterproof electronics, earthquake, severe impact, road debris, corrosion, chemical exposure or other external environmental events.

Unauthorized Modification

Failures caused by unauthorized alteration, disassembly, repair, rewiring, machining, software modification or changes to the product's original configuration.

Normal Wear & Aging

Ordinary deterioration resulting from use, including natural aging of rubber parts, seals, bushings, batteries, filters and other consumable or service components.

Cosmetic Condition

Scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, surface marks or other cosmetic changes that do not prevent the product from operating as intended.

Universal or Fabricator Kits

Problems created by custom geometry, fabrication, welding, adaptation or installation decisions for universal and DIY applications outside AIRMASTER's control.

Removed Identification

Products whose serial number, production code, identification label or other traceability information has been removed, obscured, altered or made unreadable.

A modified vehicle or aftermarket installation is not automatically excluded. However, damage caused by unsuitable geometry, inadequate clearance, incorrect pressure settings, poor installation or incompatible components is not considered a manufacturing defect.

05 / Claim Process

From Report
to Resolution

Contact AIRMASTER before removing, repairing, returning or replacing a suspected defective product. Our technical team may need to perform remote troubleshooting before authorizing the next step.

01

02

Provide Evidence

Supply proof of purchase, product identification and clear photographs or videos showing the product and reported fault.

03

Technical Review

The support team evaluates the information and may request measurements, additional media, diagnostic tests or installation details.

04

Resolution Guidance

When a covered defect is confirmed, AIRMASTER will provide the appropriate repair, replacement-part, product-return or other service instructions.

Proof of Purchase Order number, invoice, receipt or another valid AIRMASTER purchase record.
Product Identification Serial number, production code or clear image of the product identification label.
Photos or Videos Clear media showing the complete product, installation and reported defect or operating symptom.

Do not return a product without instructions from AIRMASTER. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, rejected or shipped back at the sender's expense. Shipping responsibility is determined after the claim has been reviewed.

06 / Long-Term Ownership

Support Beyond
the Warranty Period

Expiration of the limited warranty does not end your access to AIRMASTER technical assistance. Our goal is to help owners maintain, service and update their air suspension systems over the long term.

Continued Parts Access

Keep the System in Service

Individual components and replacement parts may be purchased separately when available, including selected fittings, hardware, electrical components and service parts.

Contact AIRMASTER with the original order details, product code, vehicle information and photographs so that the support team can help identify the correct replacement component.

Important

Availability May Vary

Long-term parts support does not mean that every discontinued or superseded component will remain permanently available.

AIRMASTER may recommend a compatible updated part or alternative service solution where an original component is no longer produced.

07 / Warranty FAQ

Warranty
Questions

Quick answers about AIRMASTER air management, air suspension and accessory warranty coverage.

How long is the warranty for AIRMASTER air management systems?
AIRMASTER air management systems are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. This category includes eligible X6 and Gamebox systems, controllers, manifolds and related management products.
How long is the warranty for AIRMASTER air suspension?
Eligible AIRMASTER air suspension products are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. This generally includes vehicle-specific air struts, air springs and suspension hardware supplied as part of an eligible kit.
What warranty applies to tanks, fittings and other accessories?
AIRMASTER-branded system components and accessories are generally covered for one year unless a different warranty period is stated on the applicable product page, package, invoice or written purchase agreement.
Does the warranty cover installation labor?
Unless AIRMASTER confirms otherwise in writing, the limited warranty applies to the eligible product rather than independent installation labor, vehicle downtime, diagnostic charges, alignment costs or third-party workshop expenses.
Does modifying my vehicle automatically void the warranty?
Not automatically. However, coverage does not apply when damage is caused by incompatible modifications, insufficient clearance, incorrect suspension geometry, unsuitable pressure settings, improper fabrication or installation outside AIRMASTER specifications.
Are air leaks always covered by warranty?
Coverage depends on the cause of the leak. A confirmed manufacturing defect may qualify, while leaks caused by damaged airline, incorrect fittings, poor installation, contamination, impact, abrasion or ordinary wear are not manufacturing defects.
Can I repair the product before submitting a warranty claim?
Contact AIRMASTER before disassembly, repair or modification. Unauthorized work can remove evidence needed to identify the cause of failure and may affect warranty eligibility.
What happens after the warranty expires?
You may still contact AIRMASTER for technical support and replacement-part assistance. Available components may be purchased separately, although the original warranty will no longer cover the cost unless another written agreement applies.
