Membership Terms

These Membership Terms ("Membership Terms") govern your participation in the Airmaster Performance Membership Program ("Program"). By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Membership Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Airmaster Performance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in their jurisdiction).

  • Register with accurate and complete account information.

  • Agree to comply with these Membership Terms and our Terms of Service.

Only one membership account is permitted per individual unless otherwise approved by Airmaster Performance.

2. Membership Benefits

Depending on your membership level, benefits may include:

  • Exclusive member pricing

  • Loyalty rewards or points

  • Early access to new products

  • Birthday offers

  • Promotional coupons

  • Members-only sales events

  • Priority customer support

  • Exclusive product launches

  • Invitations to special promotions and community events

Membership benefits may vary by country, region, or promotional period.

Airmaster Performance reserves the right to change, add, or remove membership benefits at any time without prior notice.

3. Membership Levels

The Program may include multiple membership tiers based on factors such as:

  • Account registration

  • Purchase history

  • Annual spending

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Dealer or installer qualification

Qualification requirements and benefits may change without notice.

4. Member Discounts

Member discounts:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be transferred to another account.

  • May not be combined with certain promotional offers unless expressly stated.

  • Apply only to eligible products.

Some products, limited editions, clearance items, or promotional bundles may be excluded.

5. Reward Points

If reward points are offered:

  • Points have no cash value.

  • Points cannot be sold or transferred.

  • Points may expire after a specified period of inactivity.

  • Returned or refunded purchases may result in deduction of earned points.

  • Fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of all accumulated points.

Airmaster Performance reserves the right to adjust point balances if errors occur.

6. Promotional Coupons

Coupons issued through the Membership Program:

  • May include expiration dates.

  • May require minimum purchase amounts.

  • May apply only to selected products.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • May not be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.

Expired coupons cannot be reinstated.

7. Account Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information.

  • Protecting account login credentials.

  • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account activity.

Airmaster Performance is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the member's negligence.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to obtain additional benefits.

  • Abuse promotional offers.

  • Manipulate reward points.

  • Resell membership benefits.

  • Engage in fraudulent purchases or payment disputes.

  • Use automated software to exploit promotions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership account if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.

  • False information is provided.

  • Payment abuse or chargebacks occur.

  • These Membership Terms are violated.

  • Any activity damages the reputation or interests of Airmaster Performance.

Upon termination, unused points, coupons, and membership privileges may be forfeited.

10. Dealer and Installer Accounts

Dealer, distributor, installer, or commercial accounts may participate in separate membership or partner programs.

Commercial accounts may receive customized pricing, exclusive support, or additional purchasing privileges subject to separate agreements.

11. Program Changes

Airmaster Performance may:

  • Modify membership tiers.

  • Change benefit structures.

  • Adjust reward point rules.

  • Introduce new promotions.

  • Discontinue any part of the Program.

Changes become effective upon publication on our website.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Membership Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airmaster Performance shall not be liable for:

  • Lost reward points.

  • Expired coupons.

  • Interrupted membership services.

  • Technical issues affecting member accounts.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

14. Governing Law

These Membership Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Airmaster Performance operates, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
